CANCELLATIONS

Free Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their reservation without incurring any fees provided the cancellation is made at least 48 or 72 hours (depending on the vehicle type) prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee, which may include up to 100 Euro (depending on the vehicle type). To cancel a reservation, clients must contact us through email or one of our phone operators.

VIP & Group Transfers Cancelation

Free Cancellations for VIP and Group Transfer (Mercedes S class and all Group Transfers) must be submitted via email or phone operator and received 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the application of a Cancellation fee of 100 Euro.

Standard & Premium Cancelation

For all other vehicles, the Free Cancelation policy is applied for all cancellations submitted via email and received 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the application of a Cancellation fee of 50 Euro.

 

Clients must retain the email confirmation of cancellation as proof.

Please note that inclement weather conditions or unexpected mechanical issues related to weather are beyond our control, and David Intercar cannot be held responsible for resulting delays.

Regarding airport arrivals and departure transfers, all cancellations must be received no less than 72 hours prior to the pickup time.

For round-trip orders, each trip must be cancelled separately. In the event that there is no car or chauffeur available for your airport pickup, it is crucial that you contact our office before choosing an alternative mode of transportation. Failure to do so will result in the full amount for the trip being charged to your account.
